UNITED RESOURCE FEDERATION (URF) — ALLIANCE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT 1. MONTHLY ALLIANCE MEMBERSHIP FEE Each member corporation is required to pay a monthly alliance membership fee of 2,000,000 ISK per corporation, per month. Payment of this fee is a continuing requirement for remaining a member of the United Resource Federation. 2. PURPOSE OF THE MEMBERSHIP FEE The membership fee contributes towards the operation, maintenance, development and administration of the United Resource Federation. It covers alliance membership and representation and access to eligible alliance benefits, assets and services, including but not limited to alliance members, structures, facilities, industry, manufacturing, research, invention, refining, reprocessing, mining operations, logistics, shared markets, contracts, organised fleets, security, mutual defence, member support and future alliance projects. 3. CORPORATION MEMBERSHIP The fee is charged per corporation regardless of the number of individual members within that corporation. Individual members are not required to pay a separate URF membership fee unless a separate programme or service is introduced and agreed by alliance leadership. 4. PAYMENT REQUIREMENT Membership fees must be paid every month for a corporation to remain in good standing. Failure to pay may result in restriction of alliance services or structure access, suspension of alliance privileges, or removal of the corporation from the alliance. Leadership should make reasonable efforts to contact a corporation where non-payment may be an oversight. 5. ALLIANCE ASSETS AND INFRASTRUCTURE Alliance structures, fuel, materials, ships, equipment, funds and other assets remain under the control of URF or the corporation designated to manage them. Payment of membership fees does not create ownership rights in alliance assets. Corporations may voluntarily contribute additional ISK, materials, fuel, labour, ships, blueprints or other resources. 6. MUTUAL SUPPORT URF is founded on cooperation between its member corporations. Corporations are expected to support the wider alliance through industry, logistics, security, defence, knowledge sharing and other activities appropriate to their capabilities. An attack against one URF member corporation shall be regarded as an attack against the alliance as a whole, and member corporations are expected to provide reasonable assistance in defence of fellow URF corporations, members and alliance infrastructure. 7. ALLIANCE GOVERNANCE Alliance-wide policies, major infrastructure projects, significant expenditure and changes to this agreement will be determined by the recognised leadership of the United Resource Federation. No corporation gains greater authority solely because of financial contributions, size, military strength or industrial capability. 8. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP FEES The current membership fee is 2,000,000 ISK per corporation per month. Future changes must be communicated to member corporation leadership before taking effect. 9. LEAVING OR REMOVAL A corporation may leave URF at any time. Membership fees already paid are normally non-refundable. Corporations removed for non-payment, hostile activity, serious misconduct or breach of alliance rules lose entitlement to URF services, infrastructure and privileges unless otherwise authorised by leadership. 10. ACCEPTANCE By signing this agreement, the member acknowledges the terms of the United Resource Federation Membership Agreement and the continuing requirement for their corporation to maintain the monthly 2,000,000 ISK alliance membership fee.
